Ok we are sort of stealing this idea from that movie Julie and Julia about blogging something for a year. But the idea to get healthy is probably opposite of what Julie did in the movie. Anyway the basic idea is that we want to get healthy and we want you, yes you to hold us accountable for one year! After one year, we are going to have a huge party and you are invited. So here we go, we start blogging this weekend. Wish us Luck!
